What is the cancellation policy for wholesale orders?
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of payment. However,if the product have already entered the production after the 3-days period,a cancellation charges equivalent to 40% of the order value.
Do you accept rush order for wholesale?
Yes,we provide the service for rush order.Specify the need when placing your order.It’s crucial to indicate this requirement during the ordering process,as requesting a rush after order submission may be subject to our production schedule limitations.Please note that a rush fee,calculated on a per-day basis,applies to expedite the processing of your order.
