Usually our samples are divided into:
- Blank samples cost about 70-90 USD.
- Customized cost of craft technology (printing, embroidery, etc.) is 20-30 USD.
- Customized labels cost 15-30 USD (if you need them).
- Plus DHL 30-50 USD for express delivery.
So the cheapest cost is 100 USD to get a sample, now Contact Us to get a blank hoodie sample for only 50 USD.
Sample order: Normally 7-10 days for sample production and then 4-7 days for shipping via DHL. Total around 2 weeks from order to receive samples.
Bulk order: Mass production will take about 3-4 weeks depends on designs and order quantity. And then about 4-7days for express delivery or 15 days for air transportation or 30-35 days for sea shipping.
Full refund in case of poor quality problem. We are trustworthy clothing manufactuer and always put quality control in priority position of product production.
For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money.
If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample design and want to do some changes, then sample payment cannot refund.
